Hi, I am Maria.
I am a Freelance Editor, Journalist and Translator currently living in Berlin, Germany.

Being a columnist in the biggest Russian-speaking newspaper in Germany, I write about language and linguistics with a focus on bilingualism and raising children bilingual or multilingual.

Writing, proofreading, translation and localization is my job and big passion, and I am proud to be making unique, authentic and creative texts every day. My interests range from linguistics and online marketing to photography and travel.
Languages I work with are Russian, English, German, French and Spanish.
