Mariah Maynes’s Biography
I'm a Salt Lake City, Utah-based writer and communicator with a passion for travel and the outdoors. My goal is to inspire people to get outside, enjoy life and advocate for Earth's beautiful landscapes and species. I've written for several nationally-acclaimed lifestyle and travel-focused publications. My camera accompanies me on many of my adventures and I often document them on social media and contribute my photos to publications.
When I'm not writing or traveling, I enjoy hiking with my dog, a corgi named Rufus, skiing in the beautiful Wasatch mountains, or enjoying one of Salt Lake’s many cafés and bars.
