ComplaintsBoard Made the worst mistake of my life calling these people out. A simple electrical fix to my fridge connection, asked them to fit some ceiling lamps while they were here, 1.5 hours turned into an £800 bill! The 'invoice' arrived by email after several calls, had no breakdown of costs and no VAT number. It is shameful that an outfit like this can exist in a country like the UK where you expect some kind of regulation and enforcement of traders.
