Preventing sudden unexpected postnatal collapse: a narrative review

This review was undertaken to support the development of a national framework for SUPC prevention applicable across both hospital and home birth settings. No comparative intervention studies evaluating the effectiveness of specific SUPC prevention strategies were identified. Consequently, conventional certainty-of-evidence grading for intervention effects could not yield robust evidence-based estimates to underpin preventive recommendations.

The impact of lecture playback speeds on concentration and memory

The stress that medical students face has already been highlighted in several studies, however, this in combination with a post-pandemic educational system subsequently generated a shift in medical education towards asynchronous streaming of daily lectures as part of the curriculum with variable playback speed options.
