1 Introduction Polymer film capacitors are critical components for energy storage and power conversion in modern high-power-density electronic and electrical systems [1-3]. With the rapid advancement of wide-bandgap (WBG) semiconductors (e.g., SiC and GaN), many electrification systems are being driven toward increasingly harsh electrical (>200 MV/m) and thermal (>150°C) operating conditions [4, 5], exceeding the operating limits of existing polymer-film capacitors [3, 6].
