Bodies in tension: embodied persistence and change in meat-eating
ABSTRACT This article examines how embodied knowledge contributes to both the reproduction and possible reorientation of meat consumption. Drawing on household interviews and a dietary experiment with consumers in Norway, we analyze three interconnected dimensions of embodied meat-eating: shared cultural understandings of meat as healthy and nutritious; habituated routines of shopping, cooking, and eating; and interpreted bodily experiences of taste, satiety, craving, and discomfort.

Er berekraft ut og krise det nye?
Marius Korsnes er lei av at folk brukar ordet «krise» i tide og utide. Denne veka skulle eg eigentleg ha undervist i kurset KULT6501, Berekraftig omstilling her på NTNU. Faget vart avlyst fordi det var for få søkarar. Tidlegare har det vore lang venteliste på dette kurset, so det er noko nytt som har skjedd av året. Er berekraft ut? Eg har iallfall fått meir tid til andre ting, so derfor skriv eg dette innlegget.
The making and unmaking of demand for dairy and chicken in Norway: a systems of provision perspective
Abstract This study examines the supply and demand for chicken meat and fresh cow’s milk in Norway and argues that understanding demand as being co-constituted and interrelated with supply is crucial for reducing consumption. This study takes a constructivist systems of provision perspective to examine the chain of activities that links production and consumption.

Den 1. februar kom utredninga «Mer av alt – raskere» som energikommisjonen hadde jobba med sidan 11. februar 2022. Mandatet til kommisjonen var «å kartlegge det norske energibehovet og foreslå økt energiproduksjon mot 2030 og 2050 med mål om at Norge fortsatt skal ha overskuddsproduksjon av kraft og at rikelig tilgang på fornybar kraft fortsatt skal være et konkurransefortrinn for norsk industri».
