From Oakland, California, Mark Bradley is a self-professed geek who thrives on challenges and continuous improvement. Beyond his professional identity, his interests are varied and include writing music, exploring nature, playing softball, engaging in video games, relishing vegan cuisine, and dedicating time to volunteer initiatives.

Mark's IT journey commenced over a decade ago, with a notable start at Peet's Coffee in Emeryville, California. There, he began as a customer service coordinator and swiftly moved into roles more aligned with his skills in IT and digital product management. Driven by his passion for the evolving tech landscape and problem-solving, he quickly established himself as a critical player in the company.

At Peet's Coffee, Mark rose to prominent roles such as Software QA and Program Manager. He managed the successful launch of the company's redesigned website and led a diverse team comprising quality assurance engineers, off-shore QA personnel, business analysts, and the UAT team. His ability to enhance operational efficiencies led him to oversee significant projects like upgrading Peet's inventory tracking and introducing innovative order-ahead functionalities on the company's first mobile app.

As digital Product Manager, Mark was instrumental in steering company-wide initiatives. He collaborated closely with stakeholders to shape strategic visions, manage product roadmaps, and execute risk mitigation strategies. His comprehensive role also included designing mock-ups, specifying product requirements, and guiding user experience enhancements from the conceptual phase through product launch.

Mark's strategic insight and leadership at Peet's caught the eye of Safeway (now part of Albertson's), where he was recruited to hone his product management expertise further. As Senior Product Manager and later Director of Product for Mobile Apps, he led his teams to develop cutting-edge mobile solutions that significantly enhanced user engagement and streamlined shopping experiences. His tenure at Safeway was marked by successful mentorship, particularly of a talented female product manager who succeeded him, reflecting his commitment to fostering leadership diversity.

The next phase of Mark's career brought him to U.S. Bank, where he took on the role of Vice President of Product and Head of Mobile Apps. Transitioning from retail to finance, he embraced the opportunity to apply his skills in a new industry. He oversaw strategic projects that positioned the bank as a leader in mobile banking innovation. His work has been recognized with numerous industry awards, underscoring his impact on the bank's technological advancements.
