Year Around Termite & Pest Control was acquired through Certus’ PURCOR Pest Solutions brand. This acquisition continues Certus’ growth into the California market. The merger will provide an expanded range of services and solutions to new and existing customers.

The Aust Group announced the acquisition of its client Pest Management Solutions, d.b.a. Masters Touch Pest Solutions, to Viking Pest Control, an Anticimex company. Masters Touch Pest Solutions, headquartered in Exton, Pa., is a full-service pest and termite control business, offering services to residential and commercial customers throughout Chester County and Southeastern Pennsylvania.
