Mark Henry Troutman, 63, of Washington, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday. Mark was born March 12, 1952, to the late Elsworth “Alex” Troutman and Mary Sue Utterback Troutman. He was a 1970 graduate of Washington High School and on Sept. 23, 2006, Mark was wed to Theresa Friedman. Mark retired from IP&L and Hoosier Energy in Petersburg, and was a member of Bethany Christian Church. He was a founding member of the 20th Century Chevy Car Club and Indiana Bow Hunter’s Organization.
