Mark Enlow is the President and CEO of Enlow & Associates, one of the Mark Enlow Family of Companies, a leader in Executive Search. The Enlow team has placed over 508 executives at General Electric and built executive teams throughout Fortune 500 companies, as well as private equity and venture-backed enterprises. Mark and his team offer value beyond the traditional limits of retained executive search and provide clients with industry insight and information, strategic introductions, and superior recruiting and retention expertise based on best practices.
At the age of 24, Mark was hired by a top global retained executive search firm. He started in research and was promoted to Executive Recruiter. Over the next 15 years, Mark placed over 226 candidates and became a proven partner. Together with his partners at Enlow & Associates, Mark provides a shared definition of success that is known and respected throughout many industries. Over the course of his career, Mark has placed many of today’s executive leaders.
In the early ‘90s, he helped rebuild AlliedSignal, an aerospace, automotive, and engineering company that acquired and merged with Honeywell for $15 billion in 1999. At GE, a $250 billion dollar company with 305,000 global employees, he has worked in all divisions and has placed over 508 candidates at all levels.
Mark is a nationally recognized leader who believes in giving back to the community and has served on the board of the Oscar De La Hoya Foundation as well as been involved with forming the Mark Enlow Family Endowment for Choate Rosemary Hall. Mark's commitment to giving in the community includes The National Kidney Foundation, Stevenson School, St. Lawrence University, and The Tony Robbins Foundation.
Mark’s newest venture, Committed U, will bring leadership and life in a new focus with an upcoming book and interactive global website.
Mark lives in Sonoma County California and enjoys spending time with his three children; Eric Enlow, an Engineering Talent Acquisition Manager at Millennium Management a $35 billion company; Kirstin Enlow, a Senior Talent Manager at top talent management firm Digital Brand Architects; Matt Enlow, who attends Utah Valley State and works at Vivint Security.
