Mary Huntly
Mary Huntly’s Biography
Mary Huntly serves as the Executive Director and owner of Trinity House Calls, a Las Vegas-based medical practice dedicated to providing personalized care that adapts to the needs of each patient. Through her leadership, Trinity House Calls has evolved into a healthcare provider recognized for its emphasis on accessibility, compassion, and personalized treatment plans. As a licensed nurse practitioner with credentials including Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), Mary Huntly applies her training and experience to support patients of all ages.
Throughout her career, she has managed a variety of healthcare operations. These include hospice programs, an Alzheimer’s care home, a hormone therapy clinic, a general family practice, and a mobile medical service. Each of these ventures has added to her understanding of patient care, enabling her to manage complex health conditions and administrative responsibilities with equal care. Her clinical practice involves evaluating patients, providing medical diagnoses, and developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs. She is experienced in treating both general illnesses and more advanced issues such as chronic wounds and skin ulcers, supporting long-term healing and prevention strategies.
Before leading Trinity, she also served in a role with the Department of Defense, holding a top-secret security clearance for four years. This role, although not directly clinical, required professionalism, discretion, and the ability to work under strict guidelines—skills that have carried over into her medical leadership.
At Trinity Family Practice, she provides a wide range of healthcare services. Patients are seen for annual wellness exams, health screenings, and preventive care. The team also addresses short-term medical needs, such as respiratory issues, minor injuries, and infections. For those with chronic health concerns such as asthma, arthritis, or heart disease, the practice offers consistent monitoring and long-term support. Under her guidance, care is not only accessible in-office but also available via telehealth and mobile visits, reducing barriers to treatment for many patients.
Routine services, including lab work, immunizations, sports physicals, and medication reviews, are offered to help patients maintain their health throughout the year. Additionally, the practice coordinates referrals and follow-ups, assisting patients to navigate a sometimes complex healthcare system with greater ease.
Special attention is given to the elderly population. She ensures that older adults receive thoughtful, age-specific care that includes managing chronic diseases, reviewing medications for safety, and supporting cognitive health. Preventing falls, improving nutrition, and maintaining mobility are key parts of her care model. She values a whole-person approach that considers the physical, emotional, and social aspects of each patient’s health.
Another important component of her work is transitional care. When patients leave the hospital or a care facility, her team helps them understand their new routines, medications, and any warning signs that might require further care. This service includes follow-up appointments and, when needed, home health coordination to promote safe and effective recovery.
Her nursing journey began with her receipt of a Registered Nurse (RN) license in 1999, followed by her Family Nurse Practitioner license in 2018. These achievements mark the beginning of a career built on continual learning, hands-on service, and leadership.
Outside her professional life, she has remained active and focused on personal wellness. In 2023, she completed the Rock 'n' Roll Half Marathon in Las Vegas, an event known for its community spirit and festive setting. In 2013, she completed the Iron Girl triathlon, which challenged her through swimming, biking, and running. These experiences highlight her dedication to staying active and balanced, values that inform her approach to engaging with her patients.
Mary Huntly grew up in Kilmaley, a farming village in County Clare, Ireland. Raised on a family farm, she learned early lessons about effort and responsibility that continue to shape her leadership and service today.
