James Masters’s Biography

When it comes to sport, I’m your man. Whether it’s history, politics or just the game action, I’ve covered a whole host of sports and topics for some of the biggest names in the business. My CV includes the likes of the BBC and CNN as well as every single national newspaper in the United Kingdom.

I’ve travelled the world over, covering some of the biggest events ranging from international football tournaments to the Ashes cricket series in Australia. This summer alone I will be covering the European Championship Finals in Israel as well as writing articles on Tel Aviv’s Gay Pride parade and a whole host of pieces on Israeli society. I’ll also be getting my bat and pads out to report on this summer’s cricket in England with New Zealand and Australia in town as well as the Champions Trophy.

Away from sport, I’ve written pieces on Art and Theatre, while I’m always looking to expand my portfolio into other areas of journalism.
