I have and the memories still haunt me to this day.
Who's your favorite fictional journalist?
I'm a big Superman fan, so it'd have to be Lois Lane.
What's your favorite social network?
Everybody's on Facebook nowadays and I spend ages on it, but as a journo-Twitter Is Your Friend
Did you work for your high school newspaper? If so, what did you do there?
I went one better. I started a school "newspaper" in the mid-90s, courtesy of dad's office photocopy machine. Sold about 3 copies too!
What's the most common misperception about your beat?
Some seem to think of court reporters as a personal PR department. That we aren't, but the occasional pitch or tip-off can benefit us all.
