Anti-tumor efficacy of a potent and selective non-covalent KRASG12D inhibitor - Nature Medicine
Abstract Recent progress in targeting KRASG12C has provided both insight and inspiration for targeting alternative KRAS mutants. In this study, we evaluated the mechanism of action and anti-tumor efficacy of MRTX1133, a potent, selective and non-covalent KRASG12D inhibitor. MRTX1133 demonstrated a high-affinity interaction with GDP-loaded KRASG12D with KD and IC50 values of ~0.2 pM and <2 nM, respectively, and ~700-fold selectivity for binding to KRASG12D as compared to KRASWT.
How Small and Local Marketers can Take Advantage of the Metaverse
Tech giants like Facebook and Microsoft have gone all-in on the metaverse, based on the idea that it’s the future of digital experiences like gaming, collaboration and marketing. In fact, the parent company of the social media platform renamed itself to Meta — a sign of its confidence in the metaverse.
How Local Business Can Succeed with Digital Marketing in a Post-Pandemic World
Local businesses have lagged behind their larger brethren in moving to digital marketing, but digital became a lifeline during the pandemic when many traditional forms of marketing were no longer available. McKinsey reported that the percentage of products and services that are partially or fully digitized (in North America) increased from 34% in May 2018, to 60% in July 2020, the equivalent of a 6-year acceleration of digital transformation in a matter of months.
Collaborative Marketing Platforms Revolutionize Digital Co-Marketing
Digital marketing is extremely powerful and also extremely complex. It requires the right inputs and expertise to achieve success, which many local and smaller businesses lack. This puts them at a clear disadvantage to larger businesses who can effectively use digital marketing. This dichotomy is starkly illustrated when comparing how marketing budgets are spent between national and local businesses.

Restricting Employment Restrictions
In 2014, 19-year-old Colette Buser found herself without a summer job—not because she hadn’t looked (a local camp wanted to hire her), but because the previous summer her employment contract had stipulated that she could not work as a counselor for another local camp for at least a year. Non-compete agreements, such as those signed by Colette, have been used for years to prevent key salespeople, engineers, and executives from leaving to join or found a rival company.
