To be a watchdog of those in power, to be a storyteller for those with little means to tell their story.

What tools and software do you use to do your job?
Adobe InDesign, iPhone, iPad.

Twitter. Its just so fast, so real. I look for information on twitter before anywhere else.
Who do you wish followed you?
Glenn Greenwald, Timothy Burke, Chad Ochocinco.
Why did you become a journalist?
Because I believe it is the most important thankless job in this country today.

Yep! Editor-in-Chief since I was a sophomore- well sort of.

My editorial on censorship in public schools.
What advice can you offer to aspiring journalists?
"To aspiring journalists"-- I am an aspiring journalist! But, I guess, tell the story that you are best suited and informed to tell.
When's the best time to pitch you?
All the time! Weekends or overnight is best cause I'm always on in the morning.
