The tendency for the guilty to succeed in deflecting the courts with gamesmanship is not working when the state has a vested interest in seeing the guilty brought before the people's justice. It is assuring that this is apparently the case at this point. The system needs to be well practiced on prosecuting the powerful before they use us as entrees on their menu.
