Investigations are continuing after a man was shot dead in Dún Laoghaire yesterday morning. 39 year old Mark Cullen from Shankill was killed at around 8.30am at Patrician Park on Kill Avenue. Conor Lally, Irish Times Crime and Security Editor, says 'At this stage we believe that he went to the area where he was wounded to meet someone by arrangement at around half 8 yesterday morning. Obviously when he got there, the interaction went wrong.
