Flutter Entertainment is to delist its shares on the London Stock Exchange from August 3 as it confirms its focus on the New York Stock Exchange and the North American gaming market. Flutter chose the NYSE as its primary listing in 2024 having chosen to delist from the Euronet Dublin exchange. The move to the NYSE was approved by shareholders in May 2024 to match Flutter’s main focus on the US and Canada markets as its key growth drivers, fuelled by FanDuel.
