In our sixth show floor report from AIA26, we run through a number of digital tools providers—some old and some new. Again, there was a notable increase in software companies exhibiting at AIA this year, with some first-timers and some brand-new companies. AI Compliance CODii This company was completely new to us at AIA this year and focuses on using AI technologies to streamline project requirements. Essentially, users link folders to the systems, and CODii does the rest.
What’s Driving Nemetschek Group’s Financial Performance
The Nemetschek Group has reported fiscal Q2 earnings and H1 2026 financial results. Once again, the Build segment is the main growth driver, according to the German AEC/O software giant, whose chief competitors include US-based Autodesk, Bentley, and Trimble. The Group legally closed its largest company acquisition to date, Heavy Construction Systems Specialists, LLC (HCSS), on 1 July 2026.
Bolt Graphics’ Advanced GPU to Take on Nvidia
Architosh senior associate editor Akiko Ashley attended SIGGRAPH 2026 a few days ago and reported back that there is a brand new GPU maker focusing their products specifically on the 3D rendering, animation, and simulations markets, along with similar scientific and visual graphics industries. That would include AEC. Zeus Platform Bolt Graphics is based in Sunnyvale, California, and is an emerging semiconductor startup.
