An East Texas woman is now facing attempted capital murder charges after allegedly misleading law enforcement, leading to an ambush that injured two officers. According to CBS 19, Stephanie O'Connor-Bathe of Quitman, Texas is facing two counts of capital murder of a peace officer in connection to the February 14 officer-involved shooting that left a Wood County deputy and Texas DPS trooper seriously injured.

An East Texas man just learned that he will spend the next 16 years behind bars after asking two young girls to change his diaper. 47-year-old Whitehouse resident Wesley Worl was sentenced this week to 16 years in prison for asking the girls to change his diaper, but he also has a history of similar behavior. According to CBS 19, Worl pleaded guilty to solicitation to commit indecency with a child (sexual contact) charge. That is when he was sentenced to 16 years behind bars.
