(WKYT) – Water system issues are ongoing in Crab Orchard. A release on the city’s Facebook page says there is little to no water pressure in the entire system. City water officials have been notified and are trying to locate the issue. The city urges the public to be patient as the repairs are completed.

(WKYT) – A 15-year-old with a medical disability is missing according to the Laurel County Sheriff’s Office. Mckenzi Lorence was last seen early Tuesday morning, possibly near Corbin. Mckenzi Lorence, 15 The sheriff’s office says Lorence is 5 foot three and weighs around 140 pounds. She is described as having black, below the shoulder length hair. She is most likely wearing a black graphic t-shirt, black leggings, and is carrying a solid green backpack. Lorence has earrings and a nose ring.

Motorcyclist killed in Boyle County crash

(WKYT) – One person died in a crash in Boyle County on Tuesday, June 30. The Boyle County Fire Department was dispatched around 3:59 p.m. for a two-vehicle accident near the intersection of Alum Springs Road and Hogue Hollow Road. According to the fire department, emergency responders located a collision involving a passenger vehicle and a motorcycle.
