About a month before Alabama begins fall camp in Tuscaloosa, quarterback Keelon Russell held a free football camp Saturday in his home state of Texas. The camp at The Star in Frisco served as an event for Forever24, a foundation created to honor the memory of Russell's twin sister, Kierston, who died in Tuscaloosa in June 2025. "The whole purpose of the camp is when he went to Alabama, we were just going to do a regular football camp," Russell's mother, April Moore, told DHOPTV on Saturday.
