From the start of the season, every favored team has struggled from the Cowboys, Rams, Seahawks or Patriots has struggled at some point of the season, even the (up to this point) Minnesota Vikings. All of the teams that have winning records will hit a proverbial wall, while some of the struggling teams will figure out a way to win.

Now every game is taking shape from the ACC to the Big 12, teams are jockeying for position to win their conference. Keep in mind that all you need is 6 wins to become bowl eligible. With the SEC and other conferences struggling to keep their footing, smaller teams in other conferences are beating up on these power schools on what seems to be a weekly basis.

I predicted that they would be sitting right here right now in last week’s article. Dallas has new faces on the squad and it’s going take a few months to mesh. Point guard Kyrie Irving is shaking off game speed rust while forward Cooper Flagg has a sprained shoulder suffered in the Houston game. Key players will start to step up and get some much-needed minutes.

The Brewers used great pitching, consistent fielding and timely hitting to vanquish the juggernaut Dodgers. The Tampa Bay Rays beat the New York Yankees and Cleveland Guardians to win the AL. The Yankees victory in the ALDS is worth mentioning because the Brewers and Rays are everything the Yankees are not. The Yankees rely on the long ball over everything else.

This is the time for Cowboys WR CeeDee Lamb (88) to shine! Photo Courtesy: All-Pro Reels By DaVince “Dino” Wright The Dallas Cowboys have dropped their last 2 games to the Buccaneers and the Packers. Both games were very winnable and now the Cowboys are tied with Philly in the NFC East right behind the New York Giants at 3-2-1. This game will come down to how well the Cowboys defense plays and create turnovers for so much-needed points.
