The team begins developing ideas during the summer and, once the season arrives, has a weekly operations meeting across all the involved departments. They discuss what is planned for the upcoming game and coordinate with each other — and the basketball team — to finalize the plans. Rentner then produces a game day script for everyone to follow. “We also try to involve the players and the team as much as we can,” Rentner said.
