(NewsNation) — After being found guilty on all counts in the murder of his wife, former “American Idol” contestant and pastor Caleb Flynn awaits sentencing. Prosecutors said Flynn, 40, shot his wife, Ashley Flynn, twice in the back of the head while she was asleep on Feb. 16. They alleged he then staged their Tipp City, Ohio, home to make it appear an intruder had broken in and killed her before calling 911. Flynn told police he did not witness the crime because he was asleep in another room.
