But just because something fits inside a cabinet doesn't mean that's the best place to keep it. Heat, moisture, pests, and limited space can make kitchen cabinets a poor storage choice for certain foods and household items.

What started as a simple fall flavor associated with pumpkin pie and the ever-popular pumpkin spice latte has become a full-blown industry. Every fall, companies find new ways to add pumpkin spice to foods and products that probably never needed it in the first place. Some pumpkin spice creations are delicious.

A few extra dollars for something that's already portioned, prepared, or packaged may not seem significant, but those little markups can quickly add up. I've gotten much more selective about what deserves a spot in my cart.

She can't feel her back legs or really bark, but that's not stopping her from living her best life. In fact, by the account of nearly everyone who has met her, she may also be the happiest dog in Utah. Her name is Birdie.
