Natasha Thompson has left her position as president and CEO of WSKG in Vestal, N.Y. Thompson decided not to renew her contract with the station, according to a news release. The contract expired June 30. Thompson became WSKG’s leader in 2023. Before that, she was president and CEO of the Food Bank of the Southern Tier in Elmira, N.Y. From 2018–21, Thompson hosted Chasing the Dream, a WSKG public affairs series that focused on poverty in the region.
