Dawn DeAngelis is retiring from her role as VP and CCO for New Hampshire PBS. DeAngelis joined NHPBS in 2000 as a producer for NH Outlook, a weekly public affairs program. She helped launch the Our Hometown series documenting the state’s communities and also spearheaded Seniority Authority, getting national distribution on public television stations for the show about aging. In 2018, DeAngelis helped create the Granite State News Collaborative with independent journalism outlets in New Hampshire.
Shae Hopkins to retire as CEO of Kentucky Educational Television
Kentucky Educational Television announced Wednesday the retirement of CEO Shae Hopkins. Hopkins intends to step down at the end of the year and will stay through the transition of appointing a successor, the station said in a news release. “We are deeply grateful for Shae’s exceptional leadership and unwavering commitment to KET’s mission to serve Kentuckians across the commonwealth,” said Kentucky Authority for Educational Television Chair Dan Griffith in a news release.
Associate Director of Development
Description Position Summary Reporting directly to the KBCS General Manager, the Associate Director of Development is responsible for managing and executing KBCS's year-round individual giving program and strategy. The Associate Director of Development will produce no less than three on-air fund drives annually, manage the station's direct mail and email campaigns as well as supplemental campaigns i.e. vehicle donations, matching gifts, and employee giving, and events.
