Public Article Adrian Hedden and Medha Sarin Carlsbad Current-Argus Police are looking for the man they believed was the driver in a hit and run crash that killed 42-year-old Samada Layman. The crash was reported at about 11 p.m., July 4 at Six Mile Dam along Forni Road, after multiple people were hit and injured and Samada of Carlsbad was reported dead at the scene.
