When Instagram launched in 2010, it was still an app for sharing square photographs taken with a smartphone, and its first logo reflected that idea: a three-dimensional, analog-looking camera that evoked physical photography and the filters attached to camera lenses. Its original wordmark – the typographic version of the logo that identifies a brand through its written name, like the one that now appears above Stories – belonged to the same aesthetic.

Quest’estate, nel giardino dell’esclusivo Hurlingham Club di Londra, Hermès ha celebrato l’inaugurazione della sua nuova boutique di New Bond Street con un garden cocktail ispirato ai British gardens. Per l’occasione, la tenuta sulle rive del Tamigi è stata trasformata in una scenografia vegetale di alto artigianato grazie all'intervento di Studio Boum e Flùr London, due realtà londinesi attive da anni nel settore dell'experience design e della progettazione di spazi per eventi.

For the occasion, the historic estate on the banks of the Thames was transformed into a lush, handcrafted landscape by Studio Boum and Flùr London, two London-based studios known for their expertise in experience design and event environments.

GXAce, lo studio fondato dal fotografo e videografo Casey Cavanaugh e finora noto soprattutto per i suoi preset e le simulazioni di pellicola, sta lavorando alla sua prima fotocamera. La GX-P1 è una digitale a obiettivo fisso ricavata da un unico blocco di metallo, abbastanza piccola da stare in tasca e progettata intorno a un solo formato: il panoramico 65:24. “Nessuno l’aveva realizzata. Beneath one of Milan’s most famous monumental fountains lies an air-raid shelter that remained hidden from most people for decades. Built in 1936 beneath the Fountain in Piazza Grandi, along Corso XXII Marzo, it was one of the first public shelters constructed by the Municipality to protect the civilian population from bombings. After years of occasional openings, it is now exceptionally open to visitors once again.
