The cause being reported by numerous media, for the death of the war-Senator Lindsay Graham of North Carolina, on Saturday night June 11, is “a brief, sudden, and unexpected illness” marked by cardiac arrest. Graham had been scheduled to appear on “Meet the Press” on Sunday morning; he had just returned from Ukraine where he had met with acting President Volodymyr Zelenski and toured a drone factory.

China’s Global Times reports: “On July 9 local time, the European Commission officially launched an anti-dumping investigation into ‘Peking duck’ imports from China. The new policy is based on lists containing the names of hundreds of leading Chinese universities, national laboratories, and other research institutions, with which the NSF must not fund any American scientist’s collaboration.
