Comparison of safety and long-term efficacy of anterior and posterior sacrospinous ligament fixation using EnPlace device for apical pelvic organ prolapse
Discussion In this study, anterior SSLF was associated with better short-term outcomes and lower unadjusted composite long-term failure. However, after adjusting for follow-up duration and baseline clinical factors, surgical approach was not independently associated with composite failure, and follow-up duration was the only independent predictor of long-term failure.
