All software changes over time as new updates emerge and better ways of working are established. And so it is in Zoho Projects. We are currently using the “Premium” version of the product. And back in May 2024, I wrote a tip on how to create and use tags, which explains how to remove a tag or change its colour. I also explained how to delete a tag from the list of tags. Time has moved on, and things have changed, so I am writing an update to this procedure.

What a week this was. After all the claims that the cases brought against Meta could bankrupt the company, it got away with paying just $18bn to settle all the cases brought against it in the US. It still has to deal with the findings of the EU, which could be as high as $12bn, but that is a far cry from the $1.4 trillion that Meta said losing the cases could cost it. The question now is how long it will take to implement changes that will be acceptable to all the US states and the EU.

Mindsprint has launched a new conversational Purchase Requisition (PR) AI agent for purchase requisitions within its Procuresprint platform. This release lets employees create purchase requests using simple chat on Microsoft Teams. Thereby the system automatically checks budgets, enforces company policies, and routes approvals. It synchronizes with existing ERP systems including Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, Oracle NetSuite and SAP, using an API integration-first model.
