A new AI capability that delivers analysis-ready Media Intelligence. More than just a product launch, this is a shift in how communications teams monitor, understand and act on media coverage.
Extra Teeth is all about facilitating writers and a flourishing writing scene in Scotland and beyond; as the magazine grows we are committed to putting on lots of events (virtual for now) and promoting the work of our writers and illustrators in various ways.
Based between Edinburgh and Glasgow, we want Extra Teeth to provide space for a whole host of writers from and working in Scotland, fostering a community based on great writing alongside design. From our first issue we have established a policy of transparency, active diversity and fair pay. The magazine has a special emphasis on new writing coming from writers in Scotland, but with an international outlook.
All issues are printed in Glasgow, Scotland by J Thomson Colour Printers Ltd. Source

This year, for the first time, we opened formal submissions to our previously-informal mentorships - and we received over 200 applications! The successful applicant for that first round was Ayla Douglas, whose hugely promising work drew us in and wouldn’t let us go. We’ve been working with Ayla for the last six months, and she recently shared some thoughts with us on what she’s gained from the mentorship and where she’s headed next. 1.
