Which is a year over year DECREASE of 37%. This same week in 2024, there were 29 Listings that went into contract. Compared to this past week, there was a DECREASE of 10%.

On Friday, August 21st, crowds lined up for Hannah Berner’s Cat Café, located inside SoundBody Hamptons in Westhampton Beach. Guests had the opportunity to meet Hannah and spend time with adorable adoptable kittens from SASF, enjoy local treats, coffee, wellness shots and IVs, permanent jewelry, and more. The café raised over $18,000 for the Southampton Animal Shelter Foundation.

Earlier this month, the 15th annual Antigua & Barbuda Hamptons Challenge Regatta celebrated a record-breaking weekend in Sag Harbor. The Regatta attracted a record number of boats for another incredible sailing competition, all in support of i-tri. Sailors from all over faced off with one goal in mind: the opportunity to compete during Antigua Sailing Week.
