In a Hamptons market where inventory remains historically tight, land has taken on a different kind of importance. We all know the adage, “they’re not making any more of it.” And, as far as land listings are concerned, the recently listed parcel at 20 Fieldview Lane, represented by Romaine Gordon and Sarah Minardi, just outside East Hampton Village, is almost unheard of.

An intimate dinner, artful resort wear, and a very chic first look at one of Southampton’s most joyful new collaborations. Anticipation is always high when a new restaurant or bar arrives in Southampton, especially one promising French hospitality, resort-minded style, and a reason to dress for more than just dinner.

There are a few places in the Hamptons where you can feel the entire summer happening at once. But, standing on the deck at the Surf Lodge, sunlight and bass bouncing across the waters of Fort Pond in Montauk, the solstice may need to be reconsidered. The atmosphere was everything that makes the Surf Lodge iconic: a seemingly endless golden hour, a dance floor that could pass as a photo shoot, and way more dancing than posing.
