Homecoming week is filled with entertaining activities such as daily pep rallies and dress-up days. Students take joy in showing their spirit with costumes and themed outfits.

Categories: Brebeuf students visit locations across the Midwest September 3, 2025 In the Midwest, Labor Day weekend marks the last true weekend of all things summer, including barbecues, swimming, and warm weather. The weekend is also a much-needed break as the school year starts to ramp up. There are many different, unique weekend getaways across the Midwest within driving distance of Indianapolis. Starting off the list is Chicago.

As spring break comes around, the sophomores begin to prepare for their Pre-ACT district testing. For many sophomores, the Pre-ACT offers an opportunity to see where they test and what they could improve upon before their actual SAT and ACT during their junior year. The test will be proctored on Tuesday, April 22nd.

Seeing someone walk the halls with a drink in hand at school is a routine occurrence, and a predictable one at that: most everyone can recognize the colorful Nutrition Hub teas and Starbucks Strawberry Açai Refreshers sipped at Brebeuf on the daily. However, as winter sets in and our tastes turn from fruit-based drinks to coffee, we thought it fitting to introduce more Braves to a coffee shop less than a mile away from school.

After a stunning performance by the Ohio State Buckeyes, Ohio State was able to secure their seventh national championship in College Football. The Buckeyes were far from the favorites in the playoffs, being seeded at #8 out of #12. Their low ranking stems from their loss against their rival, the University of Michigan. Ohio State was able to go so far this year because of the new NCAA playoff rules.

Ever since Muslims of the World opened their first location on 38th Street in 2021, the coffee shop chain has been a go-to spot for teens all around Indiana. MOTW currently has cafés open in Fishers, Carmel, and Indianapolis, with out-of-state locations in Illinois, Connecticut, and Texas.

Categories: January 30, 2025 Nutrition Hub has become a local hot spot, especially for Brebeuf students. More and more students are coming to school in the morning or from a PRT with teas from Nutrition Hub instead of Starbucks refreshers or coffees. If you are one of the few that still hasn’t tried Nutrition Hub, the guide below will help you navigate their menu and find the best drink for you. Nutrition Hub has two locations: one in Nora and one in Zionsville.

The Brebeuf girls basketball team is in full swing, energized and determined to build on the success of last season. After a strong performance last year, the team is eager to keep their winning streak alive and continue making strides on the court this season. So far, the team has showcased their resilience and skill with a stable start, holding a positive overall winning record of 8-7. The varsity team has been battling hard, delivering some exciting moments for fans.

With the Brebeuf Boys Wrestling Season underway, the team grows excited for the new team and upcoming duels throughout the season. The Brebeuf Wrestling has high expectations for the new season with numerous new recruits that could prove vital in the team’s success. The wrestling team found success last year with Senior Nigel Dix going deep into the playoffs for the 113 lb weight division. This year the team hopes to do the same with multiple of their players.

Feeling in need of some holiday spirit? The Carmel Christkindlmarkt is a great way to cultivate holiday cheer while also supporting culture and community. The Christkindlmarket, which literally means Christ Child Market in Deutch, was inspired by the 16th-century Christkindelmarkt in Nuremberg, Germany. The event served as a pre-Christmas celebration to usher in Advent and has expanded its presence since.
