All metrics proved stable for these Healthcare Giants. They reported a slight 2 percent YOY dip in fees last year and predict another for 2026—signs of rightsizing after a post-pandemic boom that still soars 52 percent over 2019 levels. Segment fees and percentages also showed continuity, with hospitals again comprising half of all segment fee income. New-builds declined a hair in favor of renovation (as in other markets), and 92 percent of work was domestic.
