Journal of Human Nutrition and Dietetics

The Journal of Human Nutrition and Dietetics publishes articles related to nutritional science, clinical nutrition, dietetic practice and public health nutrition. The scope of the journal recognises the multidisciplinary nature of nutrition and dietetic research and will consider material from all facets employing a range of methodologies such as, public health epidemiology, dietary assessment, dietary interventions, dietetic practice, nutritional biochemistry, nutrigenomics and metabolomics. The journal does not publish case studies or animal experiments. The journal editors are committed to deliver initial decisions on manuscripts within 6-8 weeks of submission. Source
