Thank you to everyone who joined me last night for the Full Moon Meditation Workshop. It was a beautiful evening, and I feel honoured and blessed to have shared that space with you. A number of people asked how they might explore this work further, so I wanted to share that I offer 1:1 consultations for those who feel called to go deeper. These sessions offer space, support and guidance for exploring the stories, thresholds and questions you are currently living within.

Hello you, How are you? It's eight days until the June full Moon Meditation workshop at Hitchin Lavendet. The lavender will likely be almost in full bloom and the evening beautiful. Join me next week on the 30th of June for the strawberry full moon. "I have attended several of the meditation evenings with John Harrigan. The digital world and its many horrified voices. So little actually said. Where are your words? Words with weight, heat and height. Heavy with powerful meaning. Words that shift mountain-sized emotions. That crash down and collapse the caves that carve you out. Force ossified beliefs about your identity out and into the light. Wake fearful emotions. Invite risks that reward bountiful rupture. Break the surface of frozen hearts. Surface authentic truth. Raise the haunted ships, manned by these lies.

Find time to sit. Find moments that you can reclaim. Look to the sky, the forest, and the field. Locate what you feel. Notice where you feel it in your body. Let go of the thoughts, the layers of meaning, and allow what you’re holding to rise. To make itself known. Leave space for the unknown. For the shape of what you sense exists, but is not yet fully formed or understood. It is good to recognise what we do not understand. To cultivate a healthy relationship with the limitations of our knowledge.

It is well known. In fairytales. In stories. In history. In your family. In your work. In your body. We carry memories. Experiences. Relationships. Trauma. Stress. Unspoken words. We carry our pain far longer than is healthy. We are often convinced, or quietly told, that this is our job. That it is our path to hold what is heavy. What we are rarely shown is that carrying has a season. And that the season ends. At some point the weight must be acknowledged. Named. Set down. Tonight is the first full moon of April.
