Join me this Saturday on the 29th of August at 8:30pm at Hitchin Lavender for what is likely to be the final Full Moon Meditation Workshop of 2026. ๐ŸŒ• This year has been unique and painful and wondrous. It has left me changed, and the process of renewal is still ongoing. I started a PhD and found deeper, more profound trajectories in my life and in my practice. Astonishingly powerful revelations have been offered to me.

I don’t need to tell you that this moment is important. You know this to be true. Every moment holds its own weight of meaning. The art of life is how we string that meaning together. What we create or are forced to create is one of life’s greatest questions. Do we flow, trusting our embodied knowing? Or do we bow to the collective weight of inherited knowledge? I’m not saying we shouldn’t listen to, or accept, what others tell us to be true. I am saying there needs to be a balance.

Hello You, In just three days, the Full Moon will rise over the lavender fields, and we’ll gather once again for our Full Moon Meditation Workshop at Hitchin Lavender. What question remains unanswered? What reflection requires you to stop, settle, and listen more deeply? How might your relationship to the life you have already lived be shaping or limiting the life you are now being called towards? The Full Moon has long been a time for reflection, release and renewal.
