Aussies may know Utah’s capital Salt Lake City as the training ground of some of Australia’s winter Olympians, and its unmatched access to world-class outdoor recreation makes it a premier winter sports destination. Club Med opened the doors to Club Med South Africa Beach & Safari on 4 July, pairing a beachfront resort on the KwaZulu-Natal coast with a private safari lodge in a Big Five game reserve, sold as one connected journey. Sydney Airport confirmed to Karryon that Air China’s Sydney-Beijing (Capital) flights will increase from seven to 10-weekly services from 1 December to 14 January 2027, before growing to a twice-daily operation from 15 January to 21 February 2027.
