Brazilian AI startup Nuvia raised $1.8M in a round led by Amador Capital and Nascent. NXTP, Crivo Ventures, Delusional Capital, and Spectra Investimentos also participated. The investment follows Nuvia’s $1.7M round in April 2025. Founded in 2024 by John Paz, Antero Silva, and Arthur Sorelli, Nuvia develops AI agents for sales and customer service. Its platform integrates WhatsApp, Instagram, voice, web, and email with CRMs and other business tools to automate customer interactions across channels.
NG.CASH raises $15M from Blockchain Capital
Brazilian fintech NG.CASH raised $15M led by Blockchain Capital. NG.CASH previously raised a $26.5M Series B in July 2025. NG.CASH provides payments and credit products for younger consumers in Brazil. In 2026, NG.CASH launched Pix Crédito, which combines credit with instant payments, and Crédito CLT, a payroll loan product for formally employed workers. NG.CASH will use the funds to develop blockchain and stablecoin products and expand its credit offering.
AMentoria raises $196K seed round to expand education platform in Brazil
Brazilian edtech AMentoria raised a $196K seed round led by Triaxis Capital and Crescera Capital through FIP Nordeste Capital Semente. Insper Angels, Anjos do Brasil, Cristiano Faé, Adriano Silveira, and existing investor WOW Aceleradora also participated. Founded in 2019 in Natal, Brazil, AMentoria offers test preparation and individual mentoring for students taking the ENEM and university entrance exams, with a focus on medical school admissions.

Emilia AI raises $1.5M pre-seed round led by Prosus
Emilia AI raised a $1.5M pre-seed round led by Prosus, which invested $1M. Founded in 2024 by Colombian entrepreneurs Andrés Cajiao and Sebastian Rojo, Emilia AI uses AI to analyze restaurant operations through existing security cameras. Its platform combines video and point of sale data to identify sales opportunities, fraud, and operational issues in real time.
A5X raises $70M Series D
Brazilian fintech A5X raised a $70M Series D led by Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, and Kaszek. Existing investors IMC, Jump Trading, Optiver, XTX Markets, XP, and ABN AMRO Clearing also participated. The round values A5X at approximately $525M. Founded in 2023 A5X is building a derivatives exchange to compete with B3 in Brazil. A5X combines trading and clearing technology from London Stock Exchange Group with infrastructure developed for the Brazilian market. A5X has more than 200 employees.
Nelo renews $100M credit facility with Victory Park Capital
Mexican buy now, pay later fintech Nelo renewed its $100M credit facility with Victory Park Capital. Founded in 2019 by former Uber employees Kyle Miller and Stephen Hebson, Nelo allows users to split purchases into up to eight biweekly payments over 120 days. Customers can also use the app to shop at retailers including Amazon, Mercado Libre, Walmart, and Zara, pay utility bills, withdraw cash, and access virtual and physical Mastercard cards.
Loads secures $15M credit facility from Addem Capital
Chilean food trade fintech Loads secured a $15M revolving credit facility from Mexican structured debt firm Addem Capital. Founded by Larry Gil, Loads operates a cross border food trade platform that connects buyers, suppliers, and financing. Loads will use the facility to provide working capital to small and medium sized agricultural businesses, allowing them to ship containers without paying suppliers upfront. Loans average $35,000 with terms of about 35 days.
Primero raises $12M seed round led by Kaszek and General Catalyst
Mexican Colombian AI startup Primero raised a $12M seed round co led by Kaszek and General Catalyst. Definition Capital, Conviction and 8VC, also participated, alongside angel investors. Primero’s platform, Primia, connects to clients’ existing ERP, CRM, financial, warehouse management, and document systems. It brings information from these systems into a unified data layer, allowing companies to deploy AI agents with authentication, governance, and traceability.
