Mexico-based venture capital firm Nascent raised $15M in the first close of its Fund II, following a $2.5M Fund I that returned 5.2x to investors. Founded by operators from PayU, Linio, and Clau.com, Nascent invests in early-stage startups across Latin America, writing $500K checks at sub-$6M valuations with a focus on fintech, proptech, marketplaces, and AI-powered platforms.

Brazilian sales tech Sellera.ai raised $3M from an undisclosed family office. Sellera combines CRM, conversion optimization, data analytics, and AI to automate sales from lead generation to closing, personalizing outreach across LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Instagram, email, SMS, and other channels. Sellera will use the funds to expand its platform and reinforce its tech stack through partnerships with IBM and Google.

Brazilian fitness tech Next Fit raised an $8.8M Series A round led by Cloud9 Capital, with participation from Parceiro Ventures. Next Fit offers management software for gyms, pilates studios, and other fitness businesses, and a consumer app that supports training plans, fitness assessments, payments, and tournament access. Next Fit will use the funds to grow its product and development teams, improve its consumer app, and expand its payments vertical, Next Fit Pay.
