Disputed development back before judge
An administrative law judge in Austin has ended three days of hearings on the application to create a municipal utility district (MUD) for a densely populated development between Parker and Murphy. The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) remanded the application for Collin County MUD No. 7 back to the State Office of Administrative Hearings for consideration of objections to the filing.

Backlogged voter registration forms being processed
