Key Things to Know Biamp’s Kleeo Desk Manager is now Zoom Certified for Workspace Reservation. The integration lets employees reserve and manage desks directly through Zoom Workspace Reservation. Kleeo features an OLED touch screen, color-coded LED indicators, QR code access and Focus Mode. Green signals an available desk, yellow signals an upcoming booking and red signals an occupied desk.

Room Assistant aims to cut the time teams spend searching documentation and offers a clear path to support. The beta is free, and customers can register on Nureva’s website.
