The privately owned company was founded by Bill France Sr. in 1948, and his son, Jim France, has been the CEO since August 6, 2018. The company is headquartered in Daytona Beach, Florida. DARLINGTON, S.C. – A rare off night for Justin Allgaier in The Chase presented by Mobil 1 tightened the race for the O’Reilly Auto Parts Series championship as the postseason opened Saturday with the Fleetio 200 at Darlington Raceway.
