TUCSON, Ariz. (KVOA) - News 4 Tucson has confirmed a disruptive American Airlines passenger who was duct-taped to his seat and restrained with flexible handcuffs Thursday night is from Tucson. Richard Olenick and Juan Mejia were more than halfway through the flight when a man two rows behind them in the first-class section started to become belligerent, Olenick said.

Tucson,  Ariz. (KVOA) - A 34-year-old man is dead after being struck by a train in Pima County. Deputies with the Pima County Sheriff’s Department San Xavier District responded to reports of a collision involving a Union Pacific Railroad train and a pedestrian at about 6:00 a.m. Saturday. The incident occurred near South Nogales Highway and South Old Nogales Highway. According to sheriff's department officials, deputies located a man who had been struck by the train.
