New Hampshire Public Radio (NHPR) is the National Public Radio member network serving the state of New Hampshire. NHPR is based in Concord and operates seven transmitters and six translators covering nearly the whole state. All signals carry the same programming, which comprises NPR news and talk shows on weekdays and a mix of cultural and music programs on weekends.
NHPR's news staff of 21 is one of the largest in the state and is the only statewide source of radio news. Source

More than 25 years after entering the home of two Dartmouth professors in Etna and killing them, Robert Tulloch was resentenced Monday to serve at least another 20 years in prison before he will become eligible for parole. Tulloch was originally ordered to serve consecutive life sentences after stabbing Half and Susanne Zantop, and making off with $340. He was 17 years old at the time of the crime, which was also carried out by James Parker, who was 16 years old.

Ayotte signs bill loosening homeschooling requirements Original
Homeschool families can now opt out of some state oversight under a bill Gov. Kelly Ayotte signed on Friday. House Bill 1268 allows parents who homeschool their child to choose whether to notify the state or their local school district that they are doing so. Annual evaluations are no longer required, and parents can choose whether to keep educational records and materials for at least two years.
