A new AI capability that delivers analysis-ready Media Intelligence. More than just a product launch, this is a shift in how communications teams monitor, understand and act on media coverage.
When Pattern launched the Indiana Music Alliance, the goal was to take the spirit of the Indianapolis music strategy and carry it statewide. This summer that turned into a four-city road show, and the timing for our first stop could not have been better. Our Fort Wayne stop landed the day after the city shared its new Music City strategy, and announced the launch of its Music Office, which makes Fort Wayne the first city in Indiana to actually fund a music office.
I did not expect one of the clearest lessons on urban development to come from Garth Brooks. But there he was, at ULI’s Spring Meeting in Nashville, talking about egress, sound bleed, service, safety, storytelling, staff culture, long-term use, and whether a building would still be serving people 20 or 30 years from now. This was not just a celebrity talking about putting his name on a bar.

Creative entrepreneurs and companies are not short on ideas. They are short on time, systems, capacity, and good data. The proposal lives on Google Drive. The client notes live in someone’s inbox. The pricing history lives in an old spreadsheet. The production checklist is in someone’s head. The archive exists, technically, but no one can find anything because there are hundreds of ambiguously named Dropbox folders.
Truth be told, we’re taking meetings, almost daily, speaking with individuals—legislators, business owners, creative entrepreneurs. We know that this approach isn’t the fastest, but it’s important to us to have as many one-on-one conversations as we can manage to build a coalition of support. Through the Indiana Creative Economy Summit, we bring together thought-leaders and decision-makers to dream big and build the foundations for innovative collaborations.
Pattern is all about the people. Whether it’s a workshop for creative entrepreneurs, an artist meetup, a networking hour, or a vendor market— something special happens when people get together to share and celebrate a creative idea. Past Events We're Proud Of A thriving Film & Media industry doesn’t just benefit filmmakers—it drives growth across multiple sectors.
Toggle Navigation Toggle Navigation Way back in 2010 One thing led to another, and that volunteer-run fashion meet-up decided to make a magazine. In 2012, Volume 1 was born. The opportunities were too cool not to share, so we added our Internship program. And then, because a few interns wanted more, we added our Creative Fellow program. We kept making the magazine with a lot of incredible volunteers and hosting events that appealed to the folks collaborating with us.
