Northampton police allege that Nikolay Lukyanchikov, 55, of the Churchville section of Northampton twice called a local Italian restaurant and attempted to have food delivered to his home after he was told not to contact the business. Lukyanchikov has a pending criminal case involving the restaurant for allegedly paying for food with a bad check earlier this year.
