An Abington man is facing attempted murder charges after authorities say he ran over a 24-year-old man who he accused of stealing his bike. Phillip Prince, 40, was awaiting arraignment as of the afternoon of July 13 for attempted murder, aggravated assault by vehicle and related charges in the July 12 incident which has left a man hospitalized in critical condition.
